what is it?

why is it good?
helps enhance physical endurance and increases mental activity, though these results seem most common in people with disorders that have hindered their physical and mental abilities. the effects on already healthy athletes have been much less noticeable.
it was marketed as a weight loss supplement, but studies on overweight women who have taken l-carnitine as a supplement show that the effects are inconclusive.
